I had no idea this place existed until last month. The pizza is SO good and they have fresh garlic which is a win for me and my girlfriend. I met the owner the last time I was there and we were chatting while he was getting our pizzas ready. Im excited to try more of their appetizers. The garlic knots with fresh garlic on top is to die for, especially after a long work week or to start/end a fun night out. Honestly, Marcos was my favorite pizza place in town but now Munchies has taken the spot.

I love Munchies, but they're so inconsistent at night on the weekends. For example, they say they're open until 3 AM on the weekends. I came in at 2:35 and was told they only have slices. I thought it was just me, but it happened to a couple of my friends as well. Please change your hours if I can’t get a large pizza, wings or a sub after 2:30am.Thursday used to be my favorite spot to go after Bulls, but they're understaffed, and they don’t make single knots on Thursdays ( Why , I don't know. Only Fridays and Saturdays I guess. I had to order from 5 Star pizza last week because we wanted more than just slices. The tunes are always good, and the vibe is lit! I personally like all the staff and brag about Munchies so much, which makes it disappointing when I can only get slices at 2:30 after a good night out. If management reads this, please start making single knots before 11, it’s a quick bite before the club. And can you offer the two knots on Thursday nights? The staff seems so ready to leave, so just change your hours in that case. The staff is all friendly, and that’s what I like.

This experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable. My daughter parked and went inside to eat. Her car was towed while she was dining. After the fact, she asked an employee about parking and was told it was allowed “for some time.” That is not acceptable. Parking is either allowed or it is not. There should be clear, visible signage where customers park, not vague rules and not information given only after someone’s car has already been towed. At best, this is extremely poor communication. At worst, it feels like customers are being set up to be towed while supporting your business. Either way, this needs to be fixed. No customer should have to worry about their car being towed while eating inside your restaurant.

Ordered off doordash first. My deep dish pizza arrived with the sauce shifted mostly to one side. The dough was raw and thin. I called Munchies and they kindly offered to send me another deep dish pizza. It arrived and is still raw, with stringy/chewy dough, and does not contain sausage, which is what I ordered the first time. I've had their deep dish before, and it was good. I'm not sure what happened.
